Cooking the dough. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, salt and chilled butter chopped into cubes, grind into crumbs. Add the egg yolk and milk, knead the dough, if necessary, if the dough is too loose, add a little milk. Roll out the dough into a layer 2 mm thick. and distribute evenly in shape, put in the refrigerator.

Cooking the filling. Peel the apples, cut into cubes. Melt butter in a pan, add apples and washed raisins, simmer for 5 minutes at maximum heat.

Cooking cream. We mix all the ingredients with a blender or mixer until smooth.

We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator, put the apples, pour the cream so that the tops of the apples stick out. Sent in the oven for 35 minutes at 180C.

The cake is baked, cut off the edges of the cake on top, make crumbs out of them and sprinkle the cake. Serve in a warm form.) Bon appetit!)))
