Fish stewed in tomato sauce with vegetables

Ingredients

  1. White fish 1 kg.
  2. Onions 160 g
  3. Carrot 80 g
  4. Sweet red pepper 1 pc.
  5. Sweet green pepper 1 pc.
  6. Garlic 7 g
  7. Canned chopped tomatoes 500 ml.
  8. Pickles 40 g
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ground black pepper to taste
  11. Ground chili pepper 1/2 tsp
  12. Oregano 1 tsp
  13. Sugar 1 tbsp
  14. 2 tbsp olive oil
  15. Water 200 ml

Step 1.

Straws onions, carrots and sweet peppers.

Step 2

Cut pickles and garlic into small cubes.

Step 3

Cut the fish into slices, salt and sprinkle with chili pepper.

Step 4

Heat the pan, pour 1 tbsp. olive oil and add onions, carrots, peppers, mix, add a little salt and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Step 5

Add chopped cucumbers, garlic, canned chopped tomatoes, salt, ground black pepper, sugar and mix.

Step 6

Stew under the lid for 5 minutes over low heat.

Step 7

Add 200 ml to vegetables. water and put fish on vegetables, close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn the fish over and simmer another 5 minutes.
