Cooking:

1) Add salt to the flour, gradually introduce very hot water and mix well, then add sunflower oil and knead the dough. We shift to the table and knead for about 3 minutes. Leave for 15 minutes to lie down.

2) Add sugar, vanillin to the curd and mix well.

3) We divide the dough into two or three parts and roll it out thinly, squeeze out the circles with a glass and put in each circle a teaspoon of cottage cheese, form a dumpling. Boil in boiling water for about three minutes. Serve with butter or sour cream.
