Mix 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp olive oil. Lower the tilapia fillet in the resulting marinade for 10 seconds and put in a baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper, add the sliced ​​garlic. Sprinkle with basil, tomatoes and parmesan.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C.
