Curd pies with apple


  1. vegetable oil (I have coconut) 60 ml
  2. honey 40 ml
  3. milk 100 ml
  4. baking powder 1 tsp
  5. wholemeal flour 215 g
  6. ground ginger 1/2 tsp
  7. cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  8. egg 1 pc. (for greasing pies)
  9. cottage cheese 130 g

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add coconut oil, honey, milk and baking powder to the curd, mix thoroughly. Whole-grain flour (I got 215 g) is gradually mixed into the curd until the dough sticks to the hands. Knead the dough, cover with a film, leave the filling to prepare. For the filling, peel and finely chop the apple, add ginger and cinnamon .Test divided into 8 parts, roll into circles. Put apple filling in the center of each circle, form pies. Grease the patties with a beaten egg (optional), bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
