Delicious Margarita pizza on a perfectly thin crust

Ingredients

Dough

  1. flour 200 g
  2. sugar 1 tsp
  3. salt 0.5 tsp
  4. dry yeast 5 g.
  5. water at room temperature 100 ml.

Sauce

  1. 2 medium tomatoes
  2. sugar 0.5 tsp
  3. salt pinch
  4. clove 1 pc.
  5. pepper 2 peas

Filling

  1. 2 medium tomatoes
  2. mozzarella 300 g
  3. basil leaves to taste
  • Main Ingredients Tomato, Cheese
  • Serving 8 servings

Cooking:



We cut mozzarella with plastics and rub a part on a coarse grater. Separately, cut tomatoes with plastics. Roll out the dough into a thin circle, grease with sauce, sprinkle with basil, spread mozzarella, tomato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at maximum temperature for 10 minutes. The pizza is ready! Enjoy your meal!)
