  1. Pork 450 g
  2. Sweet green pepper 1 pc.

  8. Baking powder 1 tsp
  9. Vegetable oil 400 ml
  10. Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
  11. Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  12. Brown sugar 100 g
  13. Rice Vinegar 70 ml
  14. Egg 1 pc.
  15. Ketchup 4 tbsp
  16. Salt 1 tsp

Cut the meat into small pieces, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp starch, chicken egg and mix everything. Put the meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut the pepper into medium cubes, finely chop the garlic. Mix flour, starch, baking powder and 1 tsp salt (leave 1 tsp starch for the sauce). Roll pieces of meat thoroughly in flour.
Heat 300 ml of vegetable oil in a pan and deep-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, do not fry the meat for a long time, otherwise the meat will become dry. Put the finished meat on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. vegetable oil and put finely chopped garlic, fry for 30 seconds and put pepper, fry for 5 minutes stirring occasionally, add red chili pepper flakes and a little salt.
Add canned pineapple and fry a couple more minutes.
Add sugar and rice vinegar, mix everything until sugar is completely dissolved, add ketchup and mix, simmer over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly, then add 1 tsp. starch and mix well.
Add fried pieces of meat to the sauce with vegetables and mix thoroughly so that each piece of meat is in the sauce.
Pork in sweet and sour sauce is ready. Enjoy your meal!
