Apple pie


  1. Curd 400 g
  2. Flour 1.5 tbsp.
  3. 2 eggs
  4. Sugar 100 g.
  5. Apples 500 g.
  6. Ghee 100 g
  7. Soda 1 tsp slaked vinegar

We break the eggs, add sugar to them and beat thoroughly. Add melted butter and continue whisking.
In a separate container for the dough, knead the cottage cheese with a fork and add beaten eggs, mix well, add the quenched soda with vinegar, mix again and gradually pour the flour.
Finely chop a couple of apples into the dough and mix again.
We shift the dough into a baking dish and decorate with apple slices. We send to the oven for 45-50 minutes. at 180 degrees.
