- Black currant 500 grams
- Sugar 0.5 cup
- Coconut milk 500 milliliters
- Maskrapone cheese 125 grams
- Main ingredients
Cookie cutters, pan, mixer, sieve
Step 1: prepare the currant.
Wash the currants, dry, pour into a frying pan and mix with sugar.
Put on a slow fire and cook until the berries give juice. Do not forget to mix.
When the berries become very soft and allow enough juice, remove them from the heat and cool slightly, and then grind everything through a sieve to make a homogeneous mousse.
Step 2: mix currants with cheese and milk.
Cool the coconut milk and beat it with a mixer, add the mascarpone and continue whipping. Then gradually add the currant mousse, stirring well with a mixer each time.
Step 3: freeze.
Arrange the milk-currant mass on the molds for freezing, insert the wooden sticks and send it to the freezer. Wait a few hours until the mass freezes completely.
Step 4: serve currant ice cream with coconut milk.
Currant ice cream is a great dessert for children and adults. Great summer treat.
Enjoy your meal!
