Rinse the cauliflower well under running water, drain the water and wrap in foil. Put in a preheated oven to 175 ° C and bake cabbage for 50 minutes.
Melt the butter, add salt and garlic to it. Remove the cabbage from the oven, unfold the foil and grease the cabbage with prepared oil. Do not cover with foil and put the cabbage in the oven at 180 ° C and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve cabbage with sour cream or garlic sauce.
