Ingredients

  2. Boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  3. 50 mayonnaise
  4. Green onion 3 feathers
  5. Bread 0.5 rolls
  6. Black pepper to taste

Cooking:

Cut the bread into pieces and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. Crush the liver with a fork in a suitable dish, rub the eggs on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and mix. Put the resulting mass on croutons, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
