Potato with lard on the grill

Ingredients

  2. Dill, salt, garlic to taste
  3. Vegetable oil to taste

Cooking:

Pickle medium or small potatoes in oil with dill, garlic and salt for 1 night. Cut salted fat into small pieces (peel the skin). Before cooking on the grill, cut the potatoes in half and plant on a skewer. Bake until ready.
