Cooking steps: 1. Cut the ribs portionwise, after washing and drying them. 2. Salt and pepper ribs to taste. 3. Preparing the marinade: mix paprika, honey and mustard seeds. 4. Send the ribs to the marinade and leave to marinate for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator. 5.
