Spaghetti with Bacon, Mushrooms and Zucchini

Ingredients

  1. Bacon 100 grams
  2. Spaghetti 200 grams
  3. Fresh champignons 250 grams
  4. Cherry Tomatoes 200 grams
  5. Zucchini or zucchini 1 piece (small)
  6. Several basil leaves

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the vegetables.


Send the spaghetti to boil in boiling salted water until al dente. Look at the packaging time for your pasta, as it often varies depending on the type.
Zucchini and mushrooms need to be washed thoroughly and dried, then cut into thin slices. Crush the bacon into thin and long slices - straws. Just rinse the tomatoes.

Step 2: fry vegetables with mushrooms.


Heat a little oil and fry the bacon in it until golden brown, allowing the fat to melt a little. Then add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Fry at medium temperature until the mushrooms begin to soften and brown. Then add the tomatoes and chopped garlic.

After 3-4 minutes add zucchini. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add spaghetti to the pan with 3-5 tablespoons water in which they were boiled. Stir well, remove the pan from the heat, add the basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir again and serve!

Step 3: Serve spaghetti with bacon, mushrooms and zucchini.
