Cheesecakes with cottage cheese

Step 1.

Preparing the dough for the dough: put yeast in a bowl, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour, add 100 ml. milk and mix until smooth, then pour out the remaining milk and mix everything thoroughly again. Cover the bowl with foil and leave for 20 minutes, the dough should rise.

Sift flour into a deep bowl.

Step 3

Make a deepening in the flour and add 1 beaten egg, melted butter and salt, mix until smooth. Add 1 tbsp. spoonful of vegetable oil and knead soft dough.

Step 4

Cover the bowl with foil and put the dough for 1 hour in a warm place.

Step 5

Rub the cottage cheese through a small colander. Add to the cottage cheese 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 egg and 1 gr. vanilla, mix everything until smooth.

Step 6

Sprinkle the board with flour and lay out the finished dough, form a sausage and cut into identical pieces.

Step 7

Form a round cake from each piece of dough.

Step 8

Cover the baking sheet with cooking paper and put prepared cakes on it at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other. Take the center of the cake and form a side 8-10 mm wide along its edge.

Step 9

In prepared cakes, put a full tablespoon of cottage cheese and a spoon to give the cottage cheese a neat rounded shape.

Step 10

Cover the baking tray with the prepared cheesecakes for 10 minutes with a clean kitchen towel or napkin so that the dough rises before baking.

Step 11

Beat 1 egg and gently grease the cheesecakes with a thin layer.

Step 12

Preheat oven to 180 ° and bake cheesecakes for 10-12 minutes.

Step 13

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and grease each cheesecake with butter on all sides. Cheesecakes with cottage cheese are ready. Enjoy your meal!
